Goodies Wastewater Supplies was founded on that principle. From the beginning, our goal has been to support the businesses that service the Australian domestic wastewater industry by supplying reliable pumps, spare parts and equipment through a dedicated dealer network.

We are unique in that we supply exclusively to the wastewater industry and its professionals. We do not sell directly to end users because we believe in supporting the businesses that install, maintain and service wastewater systems not competing with them or soliciting their customers.

Our team brings decades of hands-on industry experience, giving us the technical knowledge required to properly support the products we supply. This experience also guides our product selection. We work only with manufacturers whose engineering quality and business ethics align with our own, choosing brands based on proven reliability and long-term performance in real world wastewater applications. If a product or supplier does not meet the standards we expect, it simply does not form part of our range.

The rapid growth of Goodies Wastewater Supplies has been driven by listening closely to our dealers and continually improving the way we support them. We are committed to making it as easy as possible for dealers to do business with us.

To support this, we invested heavily in developing a secure 24/7 online ordering platform where dealers can place orders, make payments and contact our team at any time. When introduced, this was the first system of its kind offered specifically to the wastewater service industry. At the same time, we recognise that many dealers still prefer traditional communication, which is why our National Dealer Service Centre continues to offer ordering and support via phone and email.
