1. Respecting your privacy
1.2 Our respect for our dealers' right to privacy of their personal information is paramount. We have policies and procedures to ensure that all personal information, no matter how or where it is obtained, is handled sensitively, securely, and in accordance with the National Privacy Principles (NPP).
2. Information in this Privacy Policy
2.1 This Privacy Policy sets out:
2.1.1 matters of which you should be aware regarding information we may collect about you;
2.1.2 our policies on the management of personal information; and
2.1.3 generally, what sort of information we hold, for what purposes, and how we collect, hold, use and disclose that information.
3.2 Privacy law requires us to collect personal information about you only from you if it is reasonable and practical to do so.
3.3 Goodies Wastewater Supplies takes measures to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration. We also take measures to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information when it is no longer required. The types of measures we take vary with the type of information, and how it is collected and stored.
3.4 Generally, you have no obligation to provide any information requested by us. If you choose to withhold requested information however, we may not be able to provide you with the goods and services that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.
4. Use of Personal Information.
4.1 The personal information that we ask for is generally used to provide goods or services to you. For example, for a credit card transaction we need your card number.
4.2 We may also use your personal information in other ways to provide you with superior service. This may include using your personal information to advise you of new products and services. You have the right to tell us that you do not want us to send information to you other than for the main purpose for which we have collected your personal details.
4.3 Where possible, we try to ensure that our disclosure of information to other organisations (for example NAB, and others with whom we have commercial arrangements) is in a way which does not personally identify individuals.
5. Credit Card Data Transmission and Storage
5.1 Goodies Wastewater has implemented NAB Transact Direct Post to provide the highest level of security possible for dealers. We do not collect or store any credit card data, this is all done by NAB.
5.2 NAB Transact Direct Post is an online, secure credit and charge card transaction system that integrates into a web programing environment, such as PHP or .NET, via a three-step process that ensures transaction amount and response security.
1. Server Side Post to Protect Amount
The transaction amount is passed to Direct Post via a server-side post and a fingerprint is generated as an encrypted record of the transaction to be paid. The fingerprint is included in the next step to ensure the payment amount cannot be changed.
2. Dealer Submits Card Details Directly to Direct Post
The dealer enters their credit card details on a secure HTML form on the Goodies Wastewater Supplies website and submits them directly to NAB Transact Direct Post which in turn securely processes the transaction.
3. Display Result Page
Upon completion of the transaction, Direct Post calls a unique result URL on our server and passes result parameters. Our system updates itself with the results and outputs HTML. Direct Post captures the HTML and outputs the page under its own URL. This process ensures that the Dealer cannot intercept results parameters.
6. Access to your personal information
6.1 We will provide you with access to any of your personal information we hold (except in the limited circumstances recognised by privacy law).

For most requests, your information will be provided free of charge, however we may charge a reasonable fee if your request requires a substantial effort on our part.
6.3 If you need to update your information (eg. if you change your address), you can do this through your account settings when logged-in or contact Goodies Wastewater Supplies National Dealer Service Centre on 1300 282 181 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday AEST so we can make the change.
