Since the 1980's we have provided training and advice to national and international Government departments as well as the private sector in the area of onsite domestic wastewater treatment design and servicing. Focusing only on pumps for onsite domestic wastewater coupled with our extensive industry experience including our ongoing research and development programs puts us at the forefront as the Australian leader in this field.
2. Do you offer anything other than good prices?
The most common reason dealers wish to buy from us is our focus on service and our willingness to provide technical support from over 30 years industry experience. Most suppliers can talk the talk but we walk the walk. We are regularly told by our dealers how nice they find it to do business with us and how helpful our advice is, in our opinion this says it all.
3. Do you sell to the general public?

4. Who can open a wholesale account (dealer account)?
Any industry related, registered business can open a dealer account with us. You can call our National Dealer Service Centre on 1300 282 181 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday AEST or complete our Australian Dealer Registration form. After completing the online registration you will receive an email to confirm lodgement of your registration. If you are enquiring from overseas please use our International Enquiry form.
5. How long does it take to activate my dealer account?
Within 1 business day.
6. Do you provide credit accounts to dealers?
Goodies Wastewater Supplies does not provide credit accounts to dealers. After extensive industry and dealer research we found an overwhelming 95% preference for pay as you go in exchange for better pricing. We do accept all forms of payment including Visa, MasterCard, cheques, electronic fund transfer, direct deposit and cash. We do not charge any surcharge for payments made via credit card.
7. How secure is your website for online transactions?
Goodies Wastewater Supplies uses an SSL certificate by DigCert Inc to supply secure encryption to the enitire website so our dealers can interact and make live online payments via Visa or MasterCard. You will note the address bar in your browser will display https:// indicating the website is secure. DigiCert SSL certificates are also used by PayPal, eBay and 97 of the world's 100 largest banks. DigiCert also do a daily malware scan of our entire website. At current computing speeds, a hacker with the time, tools and motivation to attack using brute force would require a trillion years to break into a session protected by a DigiCert SSL certificate. Alternatively you can choose to make an offline payment where you can directly deposit funds into our bank account or you can ring our National Dealer Service Centre on 1300 282 181 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday AEST to pay over the phone. Of course we also offer traditional ordering through our National Dealer Service Centre via phone or fax.
8. Why is the page slow to load sometimes?
Because Goodies Wastewater Supplies has chosen to make our entire website secure and not just the online transactions all the information including webpages are encrypted causing a small delay. We also use DigiCert the same company as PayPal and eBay use to verify our website is free from malware, there can be a small delay in communicating with the United States to display the Norton DigiCert Trust Seal. A survey of existing users has shown that the preference is for the highest level of security and a small delay to load webpages and the Norton DigiCert Trust Seal is worth the peace of mind.
